Protection Disabled after v1.65 update

After Updating the malwarebytes to version 1.65 the protection got disabled,that is RED COLOR is appearing and i am unable to check the 2 boxes above the RED COLOR which are:-

Enable file system protection and enable malicious website blocking

I had already sent an email regarding this issue to the customer support and they said to remove the malwarebytes and reinstall it again but it didnt help .

Please help me with this issue

Sorry you are having a problem with the protection module of the current version, 1.65.

Until an MBAM staffer arrives...

If reinstalling MBAM didn't resolve your issue, then the experts will need a bit more info about your system in order to pinpoint the cause and the solution.

Since you already have an open support ticket at the helpdesk, it would probably be most efficient and least confusing to stay with your expert helper there, rather than trying to get help in two places simultaneously.

Please report back to your helper at the support helpdesk that the reinstall of MBAM didn't fix your problem, so that they can proceed to the next step in troubleshooting.
