Possible Infection?

Recently, I've had a few problems with my computer. Over time, however, they've gotten worse and worse. I installed MalwareBytes not too long ago after getting a few notifications about a virus from Avast! and following some instructions from the Avast! forums.

Turns out that was just some extension. Problem is, I never really actually installed said extension, (for the record, it was SavingSidekick.)

Not just that either, I apparently was infected with the Trojan.JS.redirector, but I rebooted my computer and that went away, so I doubt it was.

I effectively got rid of SavingSidekick with some help, but since then, MalwareBytes, which I still have on this computer, has been picking up various things at random times, specifically skype. I was told, however, that it's probably just a false positive.

(Potentially Malicious Site Blocked:

Port: 22 App: Skype.exe)

But, not even a few minutes ago, I received another notification. This time, however, the target/whatever was svchost.exe

Knowing that that's a really big problem, (I think??), I came here as quickly as possible. Avast! hasn't picked anything up, so that's good at least, or hope.

Any, and I mean ANY help would be much appreciated. I'm getting a new computer in a few days, but I'm still rather worried.

(Note: If it helps, there's a chance I've been infected for awhile, since my computer has slowed down extremely. I've run several different remover tools and such as TDSSKiller and MalwareBytes. In fact, I'm running a full scan at the moment, but so far nothing.)
