Virus disabled Windows Security Center, Windows Security Essential and Windows Defender

I'm running Windows 7 Utimate. Just yesterday I downloaded a zip that suppose to contain a pdf file but when I extracted it, it turned out to a .exe file. When I ran it, nothing happened and it suddenly disappeared from my desktop. After assuming it was a virus, I ran Windows Security Essentials and began a quick scan. Just in the middle of the scan, Windows security essentials shut down, and the flag of messages in my task bar appeared, saying that Windows Security Center was turned off. I tried to turn it on, but a message saying "The Windows Security Center service can't be started" appeared. I restarted my computer but the problem was not resolved, because I was not still able to start Windows Security Essential , windows defender and windows security center.

I really need your assistance to resolve this issue.
