malware bytes has succesfully blocked access to a malicous website

i have been getting theese popup notifications for a while now, they keep saying malware bytes has successfully blocked access to a malcoius website , incomming and outgoing, i have ran combo fix , i have ran tdsskiller, and malware bytes and i ran a program called gmer and i have avg antivirus i have ran r kill also, i will post the malware bytes log , if anyone out thier could please help me i would be very greatfull.

i ran the program gmer, but im not sure if i ran it the right way, it did not say if it found any infections or not, so i just closed it out
