Is this a False Positive?

The OnPay Inc virus has disabled my computer. I was able to find my documents, picures & music and transferred them to a portable Western Digital hard drive. Before i hook that up to a working computer i want to make sure the virus was not transferred to the portable hard drive. The scan finds one file -

M:\DmailerSync_9_1_18359.exe (Malware.Packer.as)

Should it be removed?
