The specified service does not exist as an installed service

I have an acer desktop that all of a sudden is not connecting to the network. On the wireless and cable network connection it says The specified service does not exist as an installed service. I'm also getting this message when looking at event viewer, control panel, trying to install new programs, etc.... Computer seems unusable. I am unable to access any admistrator features.

Ive lost control of all Administrator permissions.I can open user files but cannot access any of the Windows system functions. Whenever I try to execute an administrator action ) I get the message "The specified service does not exist as an installed service.".

I have no idea what has happened to the computer.

I dont think my problem is this complex but i also have the same Antivirus software. Also all usb port are not working but they are displayed in my computer they just wont find devices when i connect.
