READ BEFORE REPORTING A FALSE POSITIVE! Doesn't work

I have a registered version, when I use the instructions given to start with /developer parameter, it says malwarebytes is already running.

I stopped malwarebytes and then started it as instructed. But then there is no way to scan just the file in question.

I do not want to remove the item it finds: Files Detected: 1
