Installation question

I installed the free version 2 days ago.

Today I downloaded the $24.95 version. It claims to have installed successfully.

WhenI click on the desktop icon, the first screen up is the to Scan screen. I intutively click on activate and am asked to enter the user and product keys. When I do that, I encounter an invalid key box.

Any ideas on how and where to use these user and product keys?

Sorry you are having trouble activating your PRO version.

Where did you purchase it?

If you purchased online, the license ID and key will be in an email sent from the reseller, Cleverbridge.

If you purchased a boxed version, these will be on the CD sleeve or somewhere in the box.

(Note, you need BOTH the license ID AND the key.)
