Trojan.Dropper.BCMiner & rootkit

Recommended Posts

Hey,

I have recently ran into an issue where Malwarebytes has detected both of these (actually 1 BCMiner and 2 rootkit) and I have ran and re-ran malwarebytes to try and remove it and it doesnt work (which seems common given what I have been reading). If someone could please direct me in ridding my computer of these it would be appreciated. I have, as directed, ran the DDS and have both files if needed as well.

Thanks.

Next.......

Please remove any usb or external drives from the computer before you run this scan!

Please download and run RogueKiller to your desktop.

For Windows XP, double-click to start.

For Vista or Windows 7, do a right-click on the program, select Run as Administrator to start, & when prompted Allow to run.

Click Scan to scan the system.

When the scan completes > Close out the program > Don't Fix anything!

Don't run any other options, they're not all bad!!!!!!!

Post back the report which should be located on your desktop.
