Having Problem with good old Vundo Virus

Hi, like a lot of people here im having ttrouble with the vundo virus. My friend brought me a computer to look at which can never be good, of course no anti-virus and i know it probably not worth my time but i cant stand when i cant figure something out. I read the post that others made and followed steps giving to solve. i download ComboFix but cant install it or malwarebytes or hijackthis, is there any other way around this or do i have to reload windows. I cant do restore either. Thanks for the help

Let's try this, hopefully we can get it to run.

Download ComboFix from one of the locations below, and save it to your Desktop.

Double click combofix.exe and follow the prompts. Please, never rename Combofix unless instructed.

When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log and a HijackThis log in your next reply

Note: Do not mouseclick Combofix's window while its running. That may cause it to stall
