Problem with HKEY_CURRENT

Hello,

Ever since my encounter with the "blue screen" I continue to get the following results from Malware Scan.

I've ran my Micro-Trend as well but everytime I turn on the computer and run the scan, I get the same results.

Any suggestions are welcome.
