AmyH1974 Posted August 23, 2012 ID:589194 Share Posted August 23, 2012 I have schedule a quick scan to run at 12:30 pm and it is now 1:05 pm and my schedule scan has not started yet. I have checked & there is no log on it and i did not see it pop up at the time i scheduled to run at. What do i need to do to get it to run? Here is what my scedule scan looks likeQuick ScanFrequency: DailyStarting on: 8/23/2012 12:30 PmRecover if miss by: 23 hour(s)Repeating Every: 1 Day(s)The boxes i have placed a check into are: Terminate program when scan completes successful, Remove and quarantine all threats automatically, save log regardless of user settings, restart the computer if required for threat removal.
