Google search result redirection

The running of TDSSKiller detected and "Cured" a problem with the file: c:\Windows\System32\services.exe.

I have attached both logs here. The one named: TDSSKiller.2.8.6.0_18.08.2012_12.12.19_log.txt (actually I had to zip this up as the website here wouldn't allow it be uploaded for some reason so I am going to delete it from my computer after) was run first so it has info about the infected object. The other one, named TDSSKiller.2.8.6.0_18.08.2012_12.20.56_log.txt, was run after I rebooted my computer.

Thanks for making the instructions to fix this thing available for us.
