Unable to Start Up Any Protection

Sorry I posted this topic in the wrong section before.

So recently I got hit with the Security Shield. My computer managed to fix most of the damage, but now I can't turn on the protection module for Malwarebytes. I also cannot start Real Time Protection on Avast.

I keep getting an Error 1068 as shown in the post I made to the wrong section

For some reason I'm having trouble attaching my DDS and Attach files though as well as a picture of my error message
