Installing Malware-bytes free on fresh Win7

Hello,

I just reformatted my hard drive and I have a pretty fresh version of 64 bit Windows 7. I've updated it completely and have put my school's antivirus on there. Besides a few other programs like iTunes, that's about it. My computer is not recognizing the .php file and thus can not run it to install malware bytes. Does anyone know how to get my Windows 7 to run .php files to install malware bytes?
