I got this from promotion, but is this is real? I already using Norton Antivirus but it didn't detect anything. Is this is real? Or I got tricked by free promotion?

That's a rogue infection called Antivirus Protection 2012, not the actual legitimate Windows Defender.

We have a guide on removing this threat here. If that does not eliminate the infection from your system then please read and follow the directions here, skipping any steps you are unable to complete. Then create a NEW topic here.
