Creating a false virus detection in Gmail prank

Hi. Is there a way to email from my Gmail a false positive virus detection in my friend's Gmail as a prank to make them think I was trying to send them a virus?

I've tried EICAR, the test virus, but I cannot attach it in a way that Gmail will allow me to send it. Any ideas?

Hello and

Your best bet is don't send it. Most if not all antivirus software will not allow you to attach a virus to an email, especially an online email system such as gmail.

So is there a way to create the illusion of a virus when there never was one?
