Backdoor.Agent.RC2Gen has been removed. How do I restore in Vista?

I had Backdoor.Agent.RC2Gen and Malwarebytes has successfully removed (as far as I can tell) all associated files.

C:\ProgramData\NyUPXRcvIOUP.exe (Backdoor.Agent.RC2Gen) -> Quarantined and deleted successfully.

I still have missing applications, for instance, Administator Tools is empty. How do I now restore windows without having access to a restore point?

Thanks!
