The TFC program is trying to stop Malwarebytes and cannot. You will need to force restart the computer and then temporarily disable Malwarebytes from running and reboot - then with Malwarebytes not running run the TFC program. TFC did manage to stop MSE, which gave me the big red warning, but I didn't know Malwarebytes Pro would be an issue as well. I hard booted, everything looks fine.
