Infected - need help

i have teh exact same problem as mikhal, from the exact same adobe update :/

i do have AVG free anti virus software, which detects the malware, however its not removing it, or giving me the option to remove it, just say, the file thats infected is a ritical system file, and cannot be removed.

i'l try downloading Avira now, and see if that can do any better.
