SysFader???

So I used malwarebytes on my laptop and it was awesome and cleaned up/sped up so much...so I downloaded it to my home computer a little while ago.

I did a scan and it brought up like a minibug? and mywebsearch? and vundo? and i forget what else...so i clicked to quarantine them all~~I do it and then suddenly the webpage behind the malwarebytes window closes...I try to open again and it keeps blinking open for just like 1 second....I finally get the webpage to open but suddenly I cant get online...so I reset my modem...nothing happens...

i go to restart my computer and it wont restart...Im thinking oops I quarantined something i shouldnt have maybe...so I restore everything...my internet starts working again.....but I still cant restart my computer???? Every time I try to a window pops up saying that the SysFader is trying to close...then followed with a program not responding window...I have the option to end now or push cancel...of course I push cancel because I have no idea what SysFader is???? but i cant log off/shutdown/ or restart my computer now...until someone tells me whether or not it is safe to do that.

I apologize for the rambling but I dont have a computer oriented brain...my cousin is the consultant that IBM and Microsoft bring in when they cant figure out a problem but I cant understand a word he says about anything lol....and he always just says like format the ?? bla and I dont want to hear the "how are we related" tone in his voice again so I'd appreciate layman's terms from someone here PLEASE <3

Oh and I requarantined the stuff that malwarebytes brought up in the scan Ill post it here so if by chance I need to unquarantine something it will be easier for yall to tell me where i went wrong...hope this isnt the wrong section and thank you in advance for the help

Well don't see anything SYSTEM critical in that list. If it won't shut down then just manually shut down the power by holding the power button for more than 4 seconds.

If it doesn't start back up or can't get back on the Internet then you've got something else hidden going on.

Give that a try and let us know how it goes.
