Trojan/Win32:sirefef removal help

Hi i've got an issue with a friends laptop. she had a "virus" on it so im checking it out. at first i booted in to safemode with networking, downloaded MBAM, ran a scan and got rid of 4 infected files then restarted regularly. i figured the issue was resolved until i installed MSE. it started saying threat detected and when viewing details it shows: Trojan/Win32:sirefef.S along with a few other different ending letters. Now the PC continually restarts every 60 or so seconds even in safemode so to try any fixes is useless. i came across a thread where a user called Gringo helped someone in my same perdicament and i can't really use the fixlist.exe file like the thread said. So please, Gringo, or anyone for that matter, help me out here.

Welcome to the forum.

Please remove any usb or external drives from the computer before you run this scan!

Please download and run RogueKiller to your desktop.

For Windows XP, double-click to start.

For Vista or Windows 7, do a right-click on the program, select Run as Administrator to start, & when prompted Allow to run.

Click Scan to scan the system.

When the scan completes > Close out the program > Don't Fix anything!

Don't run any other options, they're not all bad!!!!!!!

Post back the report which should be located on your desktop.
