after effects of live security premium virus

Hi Guys, new to the forums, thanks for having me! Okay the problem starter with that Live Security Premium malware, using a combination of your software and RKill i managed to minimize the effect whilst removing some of the infection, my issue is now coming of the source of c:\\windows\installer\{90c043f6-9b5c-56b2-3ee5-94ad46db849}\n from reading im almost certain this is the source of a rootkit, which would be supported as upon logon, your software blocks a rootkit, its giving me an issue as an virus scanner i use freezes as it reaches this file. I had numerous infections found when it freezes so im worried that it may be more than one issue. I would prefer to clean the infection with minimal loss as there are unbacked up photo etc on the machine as it is primarily my mother using the machine. I appreciate that their is a timezone difference with me coming from the uk so i shall be patient. I run Windows XP SP3, not sure if its 32 or 64 bit though. In addition, the virus doesnt appear to be having any limiting system use effects just now due to it being blocked at start up. Although im unsure as to what background damage it may be doing. Thanks!
