Installation malware?

Malwarebytes has been finding a trojan trying to run a rootkit on my system the past few days, and it always turns up as part of an installation package, but it just gives a process package off the c:\windows\installation\{89fbc5f0-bf36-0188-06d7-91d3b0beb8ff} process. Examination of that process shows a whole bunch of programs, and I can't get it to delete! Every time I try to delete the folder, it says it's open in some other process, and can't be deleted until the other one is closed. Any idea on how to get rid of this?

We cannot work on malware removal in this sub-section of the forum.
