Malwarebytes opens for a second and then closes

Hi, can you please help me?

I' ve been having problem with Malwarebytes, a month ago I picked up Smartfortress while surfing,

and somehow got rid of it after it gave me a headache poping up repeatedly

(it wanted me to download it and pay, of course I didn't).

After that, every time I open Malwarebytes, it closes after a second, and it won't update or anything.

I don't know why is that, I tried reinstalling, didn't work.

I think it is some malware blocking Malwarebytes.

Next.......

Please remove any usb or external drives from the computer before you run this scan!

Please download and run RogueKiller to your desktop.

For Windows XP, double-click to start.

For Vista or Windows 7, do a right-click on the program, select Run as Administrator to start, & when prompted Allow to run.

Click Scan to scan the system.

When the scan completes > Close out the program > Don't Fix anything!

Don't run any other options, they're not all bad!!!!!!!

Post back the report which should be located on your desktop.
