This issue appears to be solved by resetting the "hosts" file. Microsoft has a "fix it for me" link.


Read extensively about this previously posted topic with all the log files, attempted fixes, etc, along with the dangerous "combo fix" suggestions.

The above is easy. I tried it and it worked for me. I saw only one other reference to resetting the hosts file.
