Double Trouble! Laptop and Website running MW-Pro

I recently had one of those fake anti virus pop-ups on my laptop. Malwarebytes Pro had been running fine to the best of my knowledge. I scanned, and it found a couple things which I removed and I thought I was done with it. Of course it was back the next day, and I've tried ComboFix, Kaspersky, CC Cleaner, and a whole bunch more.

The worst part is that I woke up this morning with emails from Google that my small business website was now displaying to the world that my site was serving up malicious 'ware. I just looked at my site and theres a huge banner page saying my site is a reported attack site!!! The laptop issue is bad but I really can't lose customers to my website.

MBR says that it found non-standard or infected MBR. MBAM isn't currently showing any problem, but it's been finding things on and off for the past two days. My ISP says they've cleaned my website but I have no idea if they did, or if these two events are related, but it seems to me they'd have to be.
