Here is what I have done so far;I was instructed download the Farbar Recovery Scan ToolAnd here is the logFRST.txtThen I was instructed to use this fix listfixlist.txtHere is my fix logFixlog.txtNext I ran ComboFix and here is my results logComboFix.txtNext I ran ESET Online Scanner here is my loglog.txtNext I ran OTL scanner and here are my logsOTL.TxtExtras.TxtThis is as far as I have gone. I think the next thing I need to do is an OTL custom fix, but that is where I need help from an expert.And if I continue to wait for the expert at Norton, I will probably be waiting a few days.Any help is appreciated ! MrCharlie Posted July 23, 2012 ID:574798 Share Posted July 23, 2012 It looks like all the work has been done and you're clean.....Please remove any usb or external drives from the computer before you run this scan!Please download and run RogueKiller to your desktop.For Windows XP, double-click to start.For Vista or Windows 7, do a right-click on the program, select Run as Administrator to start, & when prompted Allow to run.Click Scan to scan the system.When the scan completes > Close out the program > Don't Fix anything!Don't run any other options, they're not all bad!!!!!!!Post back the report which should be located on your desktop.MrC Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
