Recommended Posts

Hello I am in need of great help at the moment. My whole laptop is slowing down due to this Malware.Packer.Gen. I know the location of the trojan, it is an exe file. I tried multiple times of removing it with Malwarebytes and I see that it as no effect because it would come back every time my laptop restarts. I need help please reply fast before my laptop shuts down on me. I downloaded Combofix but i haven't tried to run it yet. I know that I would have to use it due to the fact that another poster had used it with the same problem. Thank you this is urgent, please reply quickly.
