Malwarebytes not finding malware

One of our servers was recently infected. When I found the infection I right clicked and selected scan with Malwarebytes. It reported no issues. The actual infection is documented here.


Interestingly, Microsoft Security Essentials was picking the infection up when I tried to browse to the site.

What I dont understand is why Malwarebytes didnt pick up the malware? We just manually removed the infection.

has anyone else seen any issue like this?
