Maurice Naggar Posted June 26, 2012 ID:564573 Share Posted June 26, 2012 (edited) I should have mentioned yesterday that I doubt seriously that MBAM has anything to do with your sound issue. As far as running MBAM, as a temporary measure before starting MBAM, first turn off Bullguard antivirus, and then run MBAM.Contact Bullguard support by email --> support@bullguard.comso that they can help you to set an exclusion for MBAM (so that BULLGUARD does not scan MBAM folders)as per their settings in Bullguard, for example, the File types below (near bottom) Edited June 26, 2012 by Maurice Naggar
Maurice Naggar Posted June 26, 2012 ID:564576 Share Posted June 26, 2012 p.s. Use this Bullguard article as a general guide to set exclusions for MBAM folders and MBAM processeshttp://www.bullguard.com/support/product-guides/bullguard-internet-security-guides-12/main/antivirus-settings.aspxto correspond to the exclusion techniques referred to in the MBAM FAQ sectionhttp://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?showtopic=10138I cannot be more specific since I do not have Bullguard antivirus. Thus my suggestion you contact Bullguard support.
