svchost.exe message

I have been getting this message every few minutes for most of the day. I have no idea what to do to fix it, looked over the forums and really need some help getting it fixed please! The message is:

IP-BLOCK 206.161.121.3 (Type: outgoing, Port: 56278, Process: svchost.exe)
