Single Click doing what a Double click should do

Windows 7 64bit SP1

Hey everyone, I reinstalled this PC to a 64 bit edition of windows, now when I do a single click, the program will act as if I did a double click. Why might this be happening? I checked the folder options setting and it is set to double click. Any ideas?
