Cannot Remove Google Redirect

My computer has the google redirect virus. I have McAfee, which is not detecting the virus. I have downloaded and run the TDSS Rootkit Removing Tool (Kaspersky), which has not helped. I don't know what to do and am getting seriously bummed about how much it's going to cost to fix this.
