Viruses Attached to my registry keys and values

Ok so i've run a quick scan on my computer with malwarebytes and it found 40 infections. A majority of them are found on my registery keys/values. I've did research and found that registrey keys are important as they are what keeps your system running so how do i remove these viruses without damage to my computer?
