Quikfix Posted May 30, 2012 ID:556077 Share Posted May 30, 2012 I went ahead and downloaded Malwarebytes Anti-Malware about 2 months or so ago. I just know noticed that under the "Update" tab it says that a new version has just been released. And it gives the date as well. So does this mean that the version I've been using was really old and not up to par as it isn't the latest? Also, if I should download the latest version, would I have to uninstall Malwarebytes and run the clean-up tool before downloading the new version? Thanks in advance! It says I posted the above post on 5:17 PM but that's wrong because if you look in the Quick Scan log it says the time was: 6:14:18 PM which is 6:14 PM (it's also what my computer says the time is). It seems that the time is off by 1 hour because the three mins difference was the time it took me to get it on here. How do I fix the time? Thanks! Strenalis Posted May 31, 2012 ID:556196 Share Posted May 31, 2012 Your log shows that you are running version 1.61.0.1400 which is our latest build. Don't worry, you're completely up to date. Also, the time displayed on your post actually changes depending on the individual user's setting. For example, I've set mine to Pacific Time since I'm in California, so for me it shows that you posted your log at 3:17. I believe that the default is Central Time. If you'd like to change it to accurately reflect your time zone, you can do so by selecting your username in the upper left hand corner and selecting "My Settings", and from there you should be able to select your time zone.
