Setup Failed

I apologize if this is in the wrong section, but I am having a bit of a problem.

I had a bad virus a few months ago, and I was able to get rid of it. However, around the beginning of March, MBAM updated and I was informed that setup failed. Now, however, it seems like I have some sort of google-redirect virus, and everything moves slow now.. And MBAM won't install or update.

So, could I get some help, please? I've tried other antivirus programs, and no dice.

Please try some of the tutorials described here, especially those which show how to use Malwarebytes Chameleon.

If that does not resolve the problem then please read and follow the directions here, skipping any steps you are unable to complete. Then create a NEW topic here.

One of the expert helpers there will give you one on one assistance when one becomes available.
