nasty trojan, please help.

I've had a trojan on my computer that I simply can't remove on my own. I've run mbam multiple times, with multiple reboots, connected and disconnected to the internet. I've run rkill, and more recently hijackthis to try to remove the problem directly. I'm a bit of a novice as far as understanding computer files, but from what I could tell, hijackthis found a good amount of infected junk. However, whenever I try to delete files that I feel need to be removed, hijackthis doesn't actually remove them. I select all of the items I want to be removed, click the "Fix checked" button, and when I run another scan, all of those items are still there, as if they were never removed. Am I just using the program wrong? Anyway, I'll post the log, and thank you so much in advance for any help you can give me... this is a very expensive computer and I refuse to lose it to some trojan.

I don't see any traces of the malware currently, but I've gotten rid of this trojan multiple times and it's made its way back into my computer. I beleive it's a backdoor. Would this process have solved that? If so, thank you very much. I'll let you know if the virus shows back up, but it seems to be gone at the moment. Also, why do these programs in particular work when the many other programs I tried (such as hijackthis, and malwarebytes) failed?

Thank you very much for all your help!

Would this process have solved that?

Yes it's gone.

If this computer is used for any banking, etc; please keep an eye on your accounts and I would change any passwords used.

Also, why do these programs in particular work when the many other programs I tried (such as hijackthis, and malwarebytes) failed?

With todays malware you need to run a variety of programs to deal with it, there's not one program that can deal with it all.

HiJackThis isn't t used anymore.

--------------------------------------------

A little cleanup to do........

Please Uninstall ComboFix:

Press the Windows logo key + R to bring up the "run box"

Copy and paste next command in the field:

ComboFix /uninstall

Make sure there's a space between Combofix and /

cf2.jpg

Then hit enter.

This will uninstall Combofix, delete its related folders and files, hide file extensions, hide the system/hidden files and clears System Restore cache and create new Restore point

---------------------------------

Please download OTL from one of the links below:

http://oldtimer.geekstogo.com/OTL.exe

http://oldtimer.geekstogo.com/OTL.com

Save it to your desktop.

Run OTL and hit the CleanUp button. (This will cleanup the tools and logs used including itself)

Any other programs or logs you can manually delete.

You have out date Java on the system, older versions are vulnerable to malware.

Please go to your control panels add/remove programs and uninstall these:

Java Auto Updater

Java™ 6 Update 29

Then download and install the latest version Java™ 7 Update 4.
