Anykuy/ Antivirus 2009

As many others have, I've been infected with this Anykuy/antivirus 2009 hijack. I ran Norton 360 quick and comprehensive scans, and Malwarebytes Anti-malware, but it is still here. I also ran Hijackthis, and the following is my log:
