My wife's Windows 7 laptop suddenly lost network connetivity and many of the applications display an error that the "service cannot run".

We installed Malwarebytes and ran a scan. Results are as follows . . .

I checked the "delete" option and it said the file was quarantined. However the symptoms persist and when I ran the scan again, the Exploit file was back.

Any suggestions would be apprecaited.
