GOT BSOD TWO TIMES

Recommended Posts

Hi, Rizzies: :)

Until an MBAM staffer or expert member comes along, a couple of things come to mind:

I'm not sure how Firefox could cause a BSOD -- it would seem instead to be a driver or hardware issue.

Since this BSOD doesn't have anything to do directly with MBAM -- and assuming you are not infected**-- it would be better to post this topic in the PC Help sub-forum.

Also, the experts would probably need more information to better assist you, e.g. the exact stop code, and/or a dmp file, etc., as well as some basic information about your system specs.

Is your Windows OS and are all your drivers up-to-date?

Have you recently installed any new hardware or software?

(**BTW, is this the same computer for which you recently sought assistance for malware removal here?)

HTH a bit,
