PLEASE HELP!!!

Please Please can someone help?

I have Malwarebytes program and the Avast anti virus program

A red cross appeared in the bottom right hand corner with the message "Warning! you have a security problem". This happens literally every two minutes and the bleeps drive me crazy.

Eventually a message box appears "Alert! you have a security problem. Do you want to scan your computer for viruses?"

If "yes" is entered, or not, this tries to open an internet screen "http://anykuy.com/". Thankfully Avast blocks it

I don't know what this is, and neither does Avast or Malware. well Avast identifies it as JS:FakeAV-G[TRj] or something. Tried to move to chest with "The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another person (or process? sorry too wired up to remember)" shown. it Will not delete. C:\doc + set\marky\temporary internet files\content.IE5\3SHV6WDO\Flist(1).jS"file

Can anyone help me? I'm not too knowledgeable in the area of computers, but if there's a way I can fix this myself without having to spend money to get it fixed, that would be wonderful. In fact it would be Christmas for me.

Please visit this webpage for instructions for downloading ComboFix to your
DESKTOP
:
how-to-use-combofix

Please ensure you read this guide carefully and install the Recovery Console first.

NOTE!!:

You must save and run
ComboFix.exe
on your DESKTOP and not from any other folder.

Also,
DO NOT
click the mouse or launch any other applications while this is running or it may stall the program

Additional links to download the tool:

Note:

The
Windows Recovery Console
will allow you to boot up into a special recovery (repair) mode. This allows us to more easily help you should your computer have a problem after an attempted removal of malware. It is a simple procedure that will only take a few moments of your time.

Once installed, you should see a blue screen prompt that says:

The Recovery Console was successfully installed.

Please continue as follows:
  • Close/disable all anti virus and anti malware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix.
  • Click
    Yes
to allow ComboFix to continue scanning for malware.

  • When the tool is finished, it will produce a report for you.

  • Please post the
    C:\ComboFix.txt
    along with a
    new HijackThis log
so we may continue cleaning the system.

Thank you very much for this info.

I just finished cleaning this NASTY trojan fro ma friend's WinXP computer.

None of the 7 different adware, spyware, virus cleaners that I tried was able to clean it out.

However.... the new version of ComboFix did the trick and his machine is now 'clean as pin'.

Thanks again.
