Hmm.....a false positive perhaps

Your log indicates that explorer.exe is set to have a different exe run in its place , this is obviously not a typical setup .

If you can please export the following registry key :

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options\Explorer.exe

After updating defs and doing another scan all is clean??????

I see no explorer.exe here???
