Scanned with and updated MBAM, saw lots of trojan-related files. Removed them, rebooted, scanned again: no threats found. Ran TrendMicro OfficeScan as well, and it came up clean. But I'm still having Google redirects to all sorts of spammy sites, and this desktop is crawlingly slow...so, still compromised.Just now I did a new update and scan with MBAM, which still reports "No malicious items were detected." So, I will only post the HJT herein (for now).
