Malware can & do burrow themselves into areas that are NOT covered by Windows System Restore.Second, the SMART HDD (& it's other variants) are rogue malware and will hide desktop items, program folders, links, etcSO, do not run any sort of temp file cleaner.Get guided help soonest as listed before by Firefox.
