Scanned and found infections, now what?

Ran Malwarebytes Anit-Malware for the first time today. Did the scan and it found infections. I've included the log file. I'm not sure how to proceed. I want to make sure I'm not removing any files or keys that may be needed. Any help would be appreciated.

Looks as if you've started the process for getting clean, by running MBAM and DDS.

However, we don't work on malware removal in this particular subsection.

Excellent.

But did you see the tip to copy/paste the log contents directly into your post, rather than attaching them?

That makes it much easier for the helpers.

At this point, I would just leave it as you have it - it's not a big deal.

If you reply to your own topic in the malware removal section prematurely, it will appear to the experts scanning that forum that you are already being helped (because they look for "0" reply counts).

For future reference, though, they'll probably ask you to paste the logs directly into your posts.

Anyway, please wait for assistance over there and stick with that topic until your helper gives you the "all clear".

The forum can be rather busy and many of the helpers are volunteers.
