Never got registration code after purchase

On 4/30 I installed Malwarebytes on a friends computer and using their Amex card I paid for the full version. I accidentally misspelled their email address on the purchase form and because of that he's never gotten a registration code. I've sent two requests through the Consumer Support system describing the problem and asking for help but I have yet to get a response.

Is there anyone on here who can help?

Sorry you never received your license ID and key.

This would have been handled not by MBAM consumer support, but rather through the reseller/partner, cleverbridge.

If you didn't receive the confirmation email with that info, then you can obtain assistance with this directly from Cleverbridge:

When you get the email, please print it out & keep it somewhere handy, JIC. ;)

They should help you sort it out.
