Yes, we have been active on one of the blackhat forums, but we aren't really allowing any kind of highly controversial content like phishing and scam pages etc. You can even read our ToS here - https://edenhost.com/Terms-of-Service.php which is strictly against such material.We do try to give the best from our end in order to prevent such criminals in hosting such content, however, it is sometimes a hard job tracking such people who damage our reputation. I can assure you we aren't opening any kind of safe haven for the criminals.As for the reports, who have you been sending it to actually? No, they're going to use them for everything from phishing to malware and the like.Once your IPs are cleared, and you're no longer selling to blackhats (and have booted the blackhats you have sold to), then we can talk about unblocking - but not until then. Reports have been going directly to the ASN owners. Indeed, I've had to phone OVH on many occasions due to their e-mail servers blocking reports.
