Clear users DNS cache disabling IP Blocking

MBAM should clear the users DNS cache when they disable the ip blocker that way they don't have to do it manually and it'll reduce the frustration of the user when they can't access a site after they disable MBAM. I've seen a few posts here that usually clearing the DNS cache solved their issue so why not have MBAM do it for them? :)
