Hi,

I am quite surprised about this something most strange.

I have a member at this forum , however, whenever I have tried logging in or even clicking registered I have moved automatically to this site instead of moving into "the page of entering the user name and password"

Please help me with this

You did not say which Windows version you are running.

Make sure you typed in the web address the right way --- right spelling

It looks to me, my guess, you did not type it but instead you took a suggestion from 'recently typed addresses'

I have just logged into my account last night without any problems .

My windows is seven 64bit.

Please concentrate with me I have not typed any address to be uncorrect. Did you see my picture above. I have just clicked log in as I am used to do every thim. But this time I am quite surprised that this page whose screenshot is the second shows me. I have tried this in Google Chrome, Safari, Firfox, and Internet Explorere.

Did you think they have blocked my IP from their site or moved their sites??

I have deleted the cookies, but this makes no differnce.

As far as I know that "Press a CTRL+SHIFT+Del keys" shows task manager and not to delete temporary files. This is most strange you have said.

I am still guessing you are not typing the website address the way it should be.

The only thing I can suggest is you figure out a way to send a message to an administrator at that forum.

Are you joking with me?????????? I have just said that I could neither log in nor register another one. Then, how can I contact the administrator or any another member ?

You insist that I have typed an incorrect address. I would like to say that I have used this forum for four months and have never come across like this something strange.

And I would like to say that I didn't enter any logging information. I just clicked "log in" in the top of the page whose screenshot is the first. Then the page whose screenshot is the second immediately shown me. Then how do you insist that I type incorrect address????

By the way:

First: I have deleted the cache of all my browsers.

Second: I have deleted the cache of DSL.

And shut off my computer and start on it again, but all this didn't make difference.

Do you think they move or restrict their IP of my DSL from their site??? However, if this were true, they would inform me at least. I am quite most surprised.

Please help me. I have many threads at that forum> I will give you my logging information and you can try from you side? And tell me if this OK? Would this be OK,pelase?

The problem is not on your end I'm getting the same thing. Website is redirecting back to the home page page rather then the login/register page.

Normally websites have a contact button, email link or some sort of way of getting a hold of them without having to register is what he means. I didn't see anything of that other then a feedback page which says is not for help.

Thank you so much indeed for your confirmation. I have also found nothing such a button to send a message or anything else such something. I think that it means with is not for help not asking questions for getting answer in the language or something like this; however, it is allowed for sending any trouble or suggestion about the site. Anyways, I have sent a feedback with the problem of mine and will be awaiting their response in the next few days.

Delete the Babylon and IObit tool bars at least = 100% trash -

The Babylon bar has been known to cause several problems (Google it) and IObit , well ...........

Those 6 toolbars up there are way too many for any system, 2 more and you will almost lose the screen

This is a shot in the wind, but this user SteveB (an administrator) --> Right HERE seems to have a blog, and the blog has some contact info, maybe they can help. I was also able to click on the register button and it took me --> Right HERE which seems like it was going to let me register maybe that will help.

Thank you so much indeed all of you. However, I am quite surprised that you could log in and get to the application of registration. Have you tried at this time:Sent: Friday, May 04, 2012 12:39 AM, in which I have contacted an administrator via a feedback and he told me, "here was a slight glitch causing forum users to be redirected to our main site’s homepage. We have since repaired the problem, so you should be able to log in to your account now."

Which country have you tried that from? Because as you will be seeing form an administrator's reply that the problem from their end. In addition I have tired asking other people to try what I have tried and they got to the same problem.

Toolbars take up valuable screen space is what he meant. I remember when I use to enable all the toolbars in Word 2003. I had like 1 inch of space!!! Most toolbars are nothing more then junk these days so I advice to stay away from most toolbars unless they actually have a good use. Majority of browsers use extensions now anyway like the Web Developer extension(integrates like a toolbar) for Firefox which is actually useful.

First: after checking the problems and clicking on "fixed button" I have encountered this window whose screenshot is below. when I have clicked on the "allow" button or even "deny" button, that window didn't disappear, but instead showing me again and again but the number which is ["Entry: SpybotDeltingB: number] differs in each a window.

Secondly: When I clicked the link you provided me for SpaybotS&D, I have confused about which link of downloading of them I should choose. In the end I have decided to download the first one on the top as it is being mentioned in this screenshot below

Could you let me know what the other links of download are for, please?

Thirdly: I have noticed this programme removed(deleted) the entire Babylon . I was expected that it will only remove its toolbar because I think I need to use the Babylon for translation.

Finally: I have spotted that there are backups items for those fixed problems as it is being mentioned in the screenshot down. How can I benefit from this list and get them back [i mean how I can get those fixed items back into my computer in case there is a problem has been happened due to removal these items?]

I have a new problem now with these windows. First, whenever I have restart my computer or strat up, the first window which shows me is.

Then, I click on "deny" button, the next window shows me

After that, I also click "deny" button, this window shows me

Finally, I click "deny" button, and there isn't another window showing me.

NOTE: I am quite surprised that the first window is quite equated with the fourth window [i mean ["Entry: SpybotDeltingB: 3807]

I do not know why you have this in Recovery Mode ? ? - Read these Simple instructions -

There is Nothing to Restore, and that may be your problem - Just click FIX -

Thank you so much for your reply. I think you didn't quite understand my question. I don't have any problem with fixing problems. On the contrary, this programme'SpybotS&D' has deleted and fixed some programmes such as "Babylon" "brothersoft" etc. However, after I have fixed those problems those windows which I have mentioned in the post I have posted at " Yesterday, 02:57 PM" have been presisting in appearing to me in every boot up[start up] of my Windows system. Have you had a look at it. Have you seen the pictures?

Please confirm that for me because those windows are persisting.

Click on ALLOW CHANGE in each box and then Reboot - You have isolated the problems but they now need removal

Malwarebytes operates in a "similar" way by requiring a reboot to remove any found infections

You can always use "Google Translation", as I have done for several years -

I was clicking on "DENY CHANGE" in each box and then Reboot for three times. And when I restart my computer I see those windows show me again.

However, when I clicked "ALLOW CHANGE" and then Reboot those window didn't show me. But the question is why Spybot shows me those window as long as it fixed those problems inside its windows?

Secondly: I have run this programme three times and in each time it shows me some problem[threats]. However, it didn't find any threats in the last time. The question why did it not fix all those problems and threats in the first time? As these screenshots explain:

Finally: Should I regularly check for problems by using this program or from time to time?

But I would like to say that translation with Babylon is available even if I am offline[without accessing Internet]
